The world leader in tire manufacturing—Bridgestone Corporation—has signed a lease for 32,000 square meters of grade A warehouse space at the Severnoe Domodedovo Warehouse Complex.

Eriskhan Kurazov, the Director General for MLP Management Company was a guest expert for The Moscow Times' Weekly Forecast Real Estate Section.  In his comments, he summed up the past year and gave an optimistic forecast for the warehouse real estate market's development in 2017.

The large, multi-brand retail operator MONEX TRADING has rented 24,353 square meters in the Chekhov Warehouse Complex.

Hoff Hypermarkets rented 50,000 square meters in the Severnoe Domodedovo Warehouse Complex, as reported to Vedomosti News by Eriskhan Kurazov, the General Director of MLP management company (which manages the facilities in the Safmar group).

On November 16, 2016, as part of the MAPIC International Exhibition for Commercial Real Estate and Retail in Cannes, chief executives and directors of retail and real estate development companies attended the BestLunch business dinner. The event was organized by the BestGroup Managing Company and Arendator.ru, supported by Reed MIDEM (a MAPIC organizer) and the online portal Retail.ru.

The TNG Toy Company, which sells wholesaletoys, has rented 10,241 m² in the Severnoye Domodedovo Warehouse Complex. This complex is managed by one of the leaders of the warehouse real estate market in Russia—Multinational Logistics Partnership (MLP). The real estate company S.A. Ricci is the consultant for this transaction.

The 2016 InRussia Conference took place in Moscow on October 14, 2016; MLP’s Deputy Director General, Gleb Belavin, attended this conference. The conference’s main goal was to expand business contacts between Russian and international businesses in terms of administrative contacts, institutions for development, and potential partners for joint business projects. 

The 12th annual Knight Frank Warehouse Conference took place on September 15, 2015 in the Lotte Hotel Moscow.
