Utkina Zavod Warehouse Complex Leases 11,100 sq. m

St. Petersburg, March 23, 2017 – A company that distributes alcoholic and non-alcoholic products, rented 11,100 square km in the Utkina Zavod Warehouse Complex.

Ilya Pronichkin, the head of MLP's Department of Tenant Relations, said the following about the deal: “We are pleased that our tenant pool at Utkina Zavod Warehouse Complex will be expanded to include a market leader in the distribution of alcoholic and non-alcoholic products. It should be noted that this deal was not a coincidental. First of all, Utkina Zavod Warehouse Complex meets all Rosalkogol's regulation requirements, since this is not the first time that this warehouse complex has been licensed by our tenants to store alcohol. In addition, our company's specialists have all the necessary qualifications to provide any type of assistance in completing all the licensing steps required by law.”

The company began a search for new storage space after merging two existing storage sites and opening a new distribution center at Utkina Zavod. Thanks to the help of consultants, the tenant company was able to acquire suitable storage facilities that met all of their requirements. “First and foremost, the client was attracted by the location of our new warehouse, which is better than its previous storage facilities.  In addition, this move allowed the tenant to improve the conditions for storing its products," commented Ilya Yanovskiy, the Director of the Department of Warehouse and Industrial Real Estate for Bright Rich | CORFAC International (the consultant for the deal).
