24,300 Square Meters Rented at Chekhov Warehouse Complex

The large, multi-brand retail operator MONEX TRADING has rented 24,353 square meters in the Chekhov Warehouse Complex.

This complex is managed by the market leader for warehouse real estate in Russia—MLP Management Company. In total, MLP manages eight active grade A logistical centers, with a total area of 1.8 million square meters (www.mlprussia.com). The rental agreement was signed through 2023. The international consulting agency Knight Frank represented the landlord.

The MONEX TRADING Company operates within the franchise system and specializes on developing retail stores for internationally renowned brands, such as Mothercare, next, M·A·C, and The Body Shop. The company’s owner is Alshaya Group, the largest retailer in the Middle East. Currently, MONEX TRADING has over 3,000 employees and more than 200 stores in Moscow, St. Petersburg, Yekaterinburg, Nizhny Novgorod, Rostov, Samara, Tolyatti, Kazan, Krasnodar, and Omsk.

The Chekhov Warehouse Complex is a large, grade A logistical center in the south of the Moscow region. This modern structure boasts a total area of 337,000 square meters of grade A storage facilities. Chekhov Warehouse Complex has been managed by MLP since July, 2015.
