More than 10,000 Square Meters Rented in Severnoye Domodedovo Warehouse Complex
The TNG Toy Company, which sells wholesaletoys, has rented 10,241 m2 in the Severnoye Domodedovo Warehouse Complex. This complex is managed by one of the leaders of the warehouse real estate market in Russia—Multinational Logistics Partnership (MLP). The real estate company S.A. Ricci is the consultant for this transaction.
“This deal can serve as a new example of the trend we mentioned at the beginning of the crisis: retailers will continue their development, especially grocery retailers, those who work in the FCMG sphere, and retailers who produce goods for children. These types of goods and services will always be in demand,” said Dmitry Gerastovsky, Director of the Department of Storage Retail for S.A. Ricci. “When analyzing what type of companies provide the most demand for storage real estate, the major players are retail and distribution: since the beginning of 2016, they have made up 30% and 29% respectively of all completed transactions. Today, tenants have the excellent opportunity to rent a location at an attractive price, and retailers are embracing this opportunity.”

Undoubtedly, this will make it possible to bring the company’s logistical processes to a new level. And after increasing their business effectiveness, we hope to expand their storage at our facilities,” reported Ilya Pronichkin, the Director of Tenant Relations for MLP.
The storage complex Severnoye Domodedovo is the largest grade-A project in the commercial real estate market’s storage sector not only in Russia, but also in Europe, with a total area of 540,000 sq. m. The complex is located 11 km from the Moscow Ring Road on the Kashirskpe highway (M-4), 8 km from the Simferopolskoe highway, 19 km from the A-107 highway, and 10 km from Domodedovo Airport. Tenants include DPD, Iron Mountain, Yulmart, Faberlic, NC Pharm, TLC Group, STS Logistics, SLG, and others. The facility’s infrastructure is designed to help develop production—the large multinational packaging manufacturer MeadWestvaco Corporation is located here, along with the domestic company Multiflex.
Kashira customs station is located on site at Severnoye Domodedovo. The complex is managed by the leader in Russia’s market for grade-A storage real estate—MLP Management Company. In total, over 1.8 billion sq. m of grade-A storage space in active logistical centers is managed by MLP (www.mlprussia.com).
