MLP MANAGEMENT 6,000 SQ.M. OF SPACE HAVE BEEN LEASED AT STORAGE COMPOUND "UTKINA ZAVOD'

The "NEK" Company, which renders a wide range of logistics and freight services, has entered into a lease agreement  at the storage compound "Utkina Zavod'".

Saint-Petersburg, 10th of August, 2016  The "NEK" Company, which renders a wide range of logistics and freight services, has entered into a lease agreement  at the storage compound "Utkina Zavod'". A 6,000 sq.m. class "A" storage area was leased for a term of 3 years. The "Bright Rich | CORFAC International" Company was chosen as an arrangement advisor.

The "NEK" Company, whose network consitsts of 40 subdivisions both in Russia and abroad, contacted "Bright Rich | CORFAC International" advisory company with an intention to find facilities to open a Saint-Petersburg subdivision. It was a high priority for them to find a storage area with a railroad branch as 80% of all goods in the company are transported by rail. After analysing several logistical objects, the Company decided on the "Utkina Zavod'" project.
