MLP Management Company took on the management of Nikolskoe Warehouse Complex

MLP Management Company signed a contract for management of the Warehouse Complex Nikolskoe. As a result, MLP Management Company controls 8 operating Class A warehouses with a total area of 1.8 mln. sq.m.

Warehouse Complex Nikolskoe is a modern Class A logistic center put into operation in the beginning of 2015. Its total area is 106,500 sq.m. The warehouse complex is located in the North of Moscow Region, directly on route A-107 (so called “Betonka”), 2 km away from the Central Ring Road (TsKAD) under construction, from Moscow-St. Petersburg route and railway container terminal with the customs post and Bely Rast Temporary Storage Warehouse. Today, 15,000 sq.m are leased. The tenant is Delovye Linii, one of the leading freight forwarders in Russia.

“The portfolio of assets managed by MLP Management Company was supplemented with another high-quality logistics project, which is located in one of the most popular directions of Moscow Region. I believe that, before the end of this year, we will populate this logopark with high-quality tenants for at least 80-%,” said Eriskhan Kurazov, Director General of MLP Management Company.
