Thus, the carrier has overtaken 20 other logistics companies included in the Knight Frank's rating. Analysts of the global agency have summed up the preliminary results of the warehouse real estate market in Russia for 2020.

Finding a good warehouse in regional cities is not easy at all — new modern facilities are built extremely rarely, but we equip each our terminal with everything necessary, taking into account the peculiarities of our work and customer preferences. According to our forecasts, the demand for warehouse real estate will continue to grow, but not as fast as last year," the Delovye Linii press service commented.

It should be noted that in the Moscow region, the carrier entered the top three of the Knight Frank's warehouse property rating, leasing more than 170,000 sqm.
