The storage space occupied by the shipping company Delovye Linii at the Nikolskoye warehouse complex grew to 21,000 sq.m.
The Delovye Linii group of companies has signed a contract for an additional 5,000 sq.m. of warehouse space in the Nikolskoye warehouse complex.
No doubt Russia's largest transportation company, with transportation, storage, and cargo handling services, the company occupies over 21,000 sq. m. at the facility under MLP management.
"Considering that Nikolskoye warehouse complex’s total area is 106,000 sq. m., Delovye Linii now occupies 20% of the facility’s total leasable area. It should be said that while the site does not have so many customers, there are no contracts for less than 10,000 sq. m. As we see it, this warehouse complex has formed a pool of quality tenants with sustainable growth. This suits us, we are prepared for them to develop on our territory," noted Ilya Pronichkin, the head of the Department of tenant relations, on the current situation.
"As it is now, we have created a unique infrastructure that enables bulk freight cargo transport or individual transport at the client’s specifications. Our round-the-clock contact center organizes cargo transportation from Moscow to anywhere in Russia or abroad — in Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, and Armenia. And this became possible thanks to, among other things, three of our company’s warehouses located in different parts of the Moscow region: Moscow-Kapotnya, Moscow-Vostok, and Moscow-Nikolskoye. Their current total warehouse area is 445,000 sq.m. and we expect them to grow in the coming year,” reported the company Delovye Linii.
