New Tenant in Nikolshkoye Warehouse Complex

Delovaya Rus, a distributor and manufacturer of professional equipment, rented 12,500 sq. m. in the Nikolskoye Warehouse Complex.

July 4, 2017, Moscow: MLP Management Company announced that another lease for renting storage space has been signed at Nikolskoye warehouse complex. The new tenant, Delovaya Rus, a distributor and manufacturer of professional equipment, dishes, and consumable materials, leased 12,500 sq. m. The consultant for the deal was the international company CBRE.

The grade-A modern logistics complex Nikolskoye, with a total area of 107,000 sq. m, is located in the Dmitrovsky district of the Moscow region. The complex is located directly on highway A-107, which provides convenient access to the Moscow region’s transportation infrastructure. Cargo delivery to Moscow can be accomplished with the Dmitrovskoe, Rogachevskoe, or Leningradskoe highway. It is 35 km from the Moscow Ring Road.

This modern logistics complex, equipped with the latest engineering systems for heating, lighting, and water supply, was commissioned in late 2015. The Nikolskoye complex has 380 parking spaces, of which 120 are designated for trucks and 160 for cars. The site is managed by the domestic market’s leader in quality warehousing: MLP Management Company.
