Pharmaceutical company IRWIN 2 rented 10,000 sq.m in the Warehouse Complex Podolsk

Pharmaceutical company IRWIN 2 rented 10,000 sq.m in Class A Warehouse Complex Podolsk. The company Knight Frank was representing the owner.

IRWIN 2 is a major distributor of medicines, healthcare products and medical equipment in Russia, which in June 2009 became a part of a vertically integrated holding company FarmEco. The enterprises of the holding company have been working in the pharmaceutical market since 2001.

More than 2,500 pharmacies of Moscow and Moscow Region and about 450 health care institutions in 89 regions of the Russian Federation are regular customers of IRWIN 2. The total number of qualified personnel of the holding company exceeds 1,100 people.

The Warehouse Complex Podolsk is a large Class A logistic facility in the South of Moscow Region, its total area is 205,000 sq.m.  It is located 17 km from Moscow Ring Road (MKAD) on the Simferopolskoe Shosse (M2), through which the main turnover of South Russia goes. Current tenants of Warehouse Complex Podolsk: X5 Retail Group N.V, Euroset, Wildberries, Snezhnaya Koroleva, ROSTA, major logistics operators: GEODIS, DHL, etc. The facility belongs to the BIN Group and is controlled by the Russian warehouse property market leader - MLP Management Company. Total warehouse area controlled by MLP Management Company in existing logistics complexes exceeds 1.7 million sq.m.
