For the first time, Baikal-Service won the National Trucks and Roads Award

The company won the nomination in the category Commercial transportation organization of groupage cargo on domestic routes.

For the first time, the Baikal-Service transport company was recognized as the winner of the National Trucks and Roads Award in the nomination Commercial transportation organization of groupage cargo on domestic routes. The runners-up in this nomination were FM Logistic Vostok and Vozovoz.

This prestigious annual professional award in the road freight transport field was established in 2017 by the “Trucks and Roads” data portal on the initiative of MOES and with the support of the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation.

Note that this year the Trucks and Roads portal together with ATO Events company have awarded the prize to the best professionals in the trucking services industry for the third time, the main goals of the award being to draw the attention of the business community to the positive processes on the trucking market, to increase prestige and to create a favorable investment climate in the industry.

This time, 53 companies competed for the prize in eight categories (7 more than in 2018).

The winners were announced by the expert jury comprising legislative and executive organs representatives, leading industry and financial experts, public figures, experts and representatives of the media.

The following companies were recognized as award winners in other categories: DPD Russia, Delovye Linii, JSC MP Sovtransavto-Bryansk-Holding, XPO Logistics, Kuehne + Nagel, FM Logistic Custom, and Ford Trucks F-MAX.

Receiving the prestigious award at the ceremony, Vladimir Kalyatsky, Deputy General Director for Baikal-Service Operations TK LLC  noted that the result achieved by the company, a 14% increase in traffic volume over the year, was achieved by the entire company , the large team from Kaliningrad to Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky. And of course, this is a great gift for the company’s 25th anniversary, which the company will celebrate on December 22.

Baikal-Service was highly praised by experts of the Trucks and Roads award for the second time: in 2018, the company was a runner-up in the Carrier on domestic routes nomination.
