PERVYJ MEBELNYJ CONSOLIDATED ITS STORAGE CAPACITIES IN NIKOLSKOE WAREHOUSE COMPLEX

There is a new tenant in the Nikolskoe Warehouse Complex: the nation-wide furniture store chain Pervyj Mebelnyj.

The company rented 6,900 sq.m. of warehouse space. As a result, the vacant area in the Nikolskoe warehouse complex has been reduced to 10,000 square meters. This was reported by the MLP Management Company, which manages the grade A Nikolskoe Warehouse Complex.

Nikolskoe warehouse complex is a modern logistics center with a total area of 107,000 sq. m. It was commissioned in 2015. During its design and construction, all modern standards were taken into account: engineering and technical networks, video surveillance and fire alarm systems, and a sprinkler fire extinguishing system was installed on the complex. Nikolskoe Warehouse Complex is located at the intersection of the Small Moscow Ring Road (A-107) and the Dmitrovskoe highway (A-104), 35 km from the Moscow Ring Road. The warehouse complex is just over 17 km from the Leningradskoe highway (M-10) and 13 km from the new Moscow – St. Petersburg highway.

“This deal has brought us closer to zero vacancy in the Nikolskoe warehouse complex. We took over managing this site three years ago at the height of the crisis, when there was a high vacancy level in the market, and the warehouse was filled at 10% capacity, while 90% was vacant. We set a goal for ourselves: bring the vacancy to zero within three years. And considering Pervyj Mebelnyj’s development plans, which propose a 4,000 sq.m. expansion at our complex by the end of this year, we expect that there will be no vacancy at the Nikolskoe complex,” commented Ilya Pronichkin, MLP’s Head of Tenants Relations Department.

“Our task was to unite our two warehouses. After viewing a number of sites, we chose the Nikolskoe warehouse complex. In our opinion, this site is optimal in terms of price, quality, transport accessibility, and distance from the Moscow Ring Road,” said Kirill Sokolin, managing partner for the national furniture chain Pervyj Mebelnyj.
