YOKOHAMA DOUBLED ITS RENTAL STORAGE AREA AT NIKOLSKOE

One of the current tenants of the Nikolskoe Warehouse Complex, YOKOHAMA RUS LLC, a subsidiary of  YOKOHAMA RUBBER CO., LTD. (Japan), has signed a lease for an additional 9,150 sq. m. of warehouse space.

The contract was signed for a period of five years. As a result, the total storage area at the Nikolskoe Warehouse Complex rented by one of the largest tire manufacturers in the world is 20,150 sq. m. A year earlier, in July 2017, the Company signed a lease agreement for 11,000 sq. m. in this complex. This was reported by the MLP Management Company, which manages the grade A Nikolskoe Warehouse Complex.

The grade-A modern logistics complex Nikolskoe, with a total area of 107,000 sq. m, is located in the Dmitrovsky district of the Moscow region. The complex is located directly on highway A-107, which provides convenient access to the Moscow region’s transportation infrastructure. Cargo delivery to Moscow can be accomplished with the Dmitrovskoe, Rogachevskoe, or Leningradskoe highway. It is 35 km from the Moscow Ring Road.

This modern logistics complex is equipped with the latest engineering systems for heating, lighting, and water supply. The complex was commissioned in late 2015. The Nikolskoe complex has 380 parking spaces, of which 120 are designated for trucks and 160 for cars. The site is managed by the domestic market’s leader in warehouse real estate: MLP Management Company.

“YOKOHAMA is not the first tenant who has doubled its warehouse space at our facilities over the past year. We see this as a positive trend for 2018. We are pleased that our customers are ‘growing’ in our warehouse space. This is further confirmation not only of the management company’s professionalism, but also of our storage facilities’ quality. Over the course of 2018’s three quarters, of 38 transactions concluded by our management company, 24 were signed with current tenants for increasing space,” noted Ilya Pronichkin, Head of the Tenant Relations Department for MLP, in comments on the transaction.
