Gleb Belavin, Deputy Director General for MLP Management Company, will participate in the PROSklad Disussion on September 19, 2018

The International Real Estate Investment Forum PROESTATE 2018, which includes the PROSklad Russia Discussion, will take place in Moscow from September 19-21.

The Discussion is being organized by the Association of Industrial Parks and the company Skladman USG.

One of the Discussion’s key topics will be developing warehouse real estate, which includes the entire spectrum of activities for this industry: from economics to technology. The discussion will consist of two sessions. The first will be dedicated to effective technology for constructing warehouses, in which participants will discuss the relationship between cost and quality and will try to dismantle the myths of warehouse development. The second session will be dedicated to the economy and warehouse development marketing, including which concepts for warehouse complexes are in demand today, and will try to find answers to the following questions:

Warehouse complex implementation strategies: rent a warehouse complex with subsequent management, sell, or built-to-suit? What is preferred today?

Demand criteria: what do tenants need today?

What is the demand and what are the trends in the warehouse market in Russia’s regions?

What kinds of warehouses will tenants need in 10 years?

The Discussion will be moderated by Airat Gizzatullin, CEO of the Himgrad Technology Park and a board member for AIP Russia.
