Hoff Rented 6,500 sq. m. in the Utkina Zavod Warehouse Complex

The city of Moscow, November 10, 2016 Hoff, a chain of hypermarkets and the largest furniture chain in Russia, who last year rented 50,000 sq. m. of storage space in the Severnoe Domodedovo Warehouse Complex, has expanded its presence in the chain of logistics centers managed by MLP Management Company.

In November, a contract was signed to lease a total area of 6,500 sq. m. in the Utkina Zavod Warehouse Complex. The term of the lease is three years.

The Hoff network of hypermarkets is the only Russian chain of furniture and home goods operating in the hypermarket format. To date, it has 21 stores in Russia: eight in Moscow, two in Krasnodar, and one each in Samara, Rostov-on- Don, Voronezh, Yekaterinburg, Kazan, as well as two shops in mini format and 15 hypermarkets. The total area of the hypermarket chain is about 170,000 sq. m. The Hoff Company, founded in 2008 by Alexander Zayonts and Mikhail Kuchment, opened its first hypermarket in Russia in April of 2009 in Moscow. Hoff stores are visited annually by more than 6 million people. The company also conducts Internet sales with delivery across all of Russia. The site is visited by more than 14 million unique visitors a year. Around 3,000 people are employed by the entire company.
