The company Nienschants-Logistics has doubled its area in the Utkina Zavod warehouse complex

The company Nienschants-Logistics has signed a contract to increase its leased area at the Utkina Zavod warehouse complex.

The company rented an additional 5,345 sq.m, now it occupies in total 11,200 sq.m.

“Our company has been using the secure storage warehouse Utkina Zavod in St. Petersburg for over ten years. During this period, the area rented by us has at times increased, at times decreased in the midst of crises, but our partnership with MLP Management Company has existed, exists now, and, hopefully, will continue to exist for a long time. We are impressed with their approach to working with clients, when together, during negotiations, a solution is found for even the most non-standard tasks," commented a representative of Nienschants-Logistics.

“The logistics business is more prone to crises than other businesses. It can be used as a litmus test for the warehouse market: if all is well with economy, the logistics business is booming; if the economy plummets, then logistics operators begin to plummet almost immediately, too. We understand this ... Judging from the last few transactions, our economy is coming out of the crisis, logistics is growing ...,” noted Ilya Pronichkin, the head of the Department of tenant relations.
