Chelsea Football Club's Title Sponsor Rents Warehouse from MLP

The management company MLP announced the signing of yet another lease at the Nikolskoe Warehouse Complex.

The Japanese company Yokohama, one of the largest manufacturers of tires in the world, is now a tenant of the Nikolskoe Warehouse Complex, renting 11,000 sq m.

The grade-A modern logistics complex Nikolskoe, which overall area is 107,000 sq m, is located in the Dmitrovsky district of the Moscow region. The complex is located directly on highway A-107, which provides convenient access to all of the Moscow region's transportation infrastructure. Deliveries to Moscow can be completed on the Dmitrovskoe, Rogachevskoe, or Leningradskoe shosse (highway). It is 35 km from the Moscow Ring Road.

This modern logistics complex is equipped with the latest engineering systems in heating, lighting, and water services. The complex was commissioned at the end of 2015. Nikolskoye Warehouse Complex has 380 parking spaces, 120 of which are designed for trucks, with 160 parking places for cars.  The site is managed by the leader of the domestic warehouse real estate market—MLP.

This distribution center will supply dealers all over Russia with Yokohama tires.  As we see it, this deal is just one more confirmation of our site's quality,”  stated Ilya Pronichkin, the Head of the Department of Tenant Relations for MLP.
