2017 CRE Moscow Awards: Annual Meeting of Real Estate Market Participants
April 27, 2017: The leaders of the Management Company MLP—Eriskhan Kurazov (Director General), Gleb Belavin (Deputy Director General of Tenant Relations), and Ilya Pronichkin (Head of the Department of Tenant Relations) — took part in the awards ceremony for the annual professional prize in the field of commercial real estate at the 2017 CRE Moscow Awards.
More than 500 participants in the commercial real estate market, including owners and top-managers of development, investment, consulting, management, architectural, engineering, and other types of companies, gathered at the Barvikha Luxury Village Concert Hall to celebrate the commercial real estate market's birthday and mark the past year's achievements, as well as to congratulate winners and take stock of recent events.

And this is logical—80% of the sites nominated in the warehouse category were implemented with the build-to-suit system, which presupposes that every customer wants their site to have better engineered technologies.
